Belmont Hall Restaurant extends its services for a wide range of events, accommodating all occasions whether formal or casual, every day of the week. Our function hall is an ideal venue for various gatherings including graduations, weddings, birthday celebrations, school functions, reunions, backyard parties, sports events, company outings, religious gatherings, and bereavement receptions. Since 1932, we've been dedicated to providing memorable experiences for our guests, tailored to meet the unique needs of each event. With flexible scheduling options that include weekend and weekday availability, Belmont Hall Restaurant is committed to making your special occasion seamless and significant.
Function Hall Policies
- Our policy requires a minimum of 40 guests for evening events, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evening gatherings. For weekday morning and afternoon functions, a minimum of 30 guests is needed.
- To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $300. The balance, minus the initial deposit, must be settled no later than two weeks before the event. Children under the age of 3 are welcomed at no extra charge. Additionally, a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Patrons aged 21 and over have the option to purchase alcoholic beverages from our cash bar.
- Our buffet service is available for 60 to 90 minutes from your event's start time, as arranged during booking. It's important to align your guests' arrival to match the buffet serving time.
- We kindly request that no doggy bags be taken, as buffet pricing is calculated on a per-person, per-meal basis, exclusive of tax and gratuity. All food must be enjoyed on-site, and aside from wedding cakes, external food or drinks are not permitted within our premises.
- Decorating is permitted up to one hour before the event, subject to prior bookings. To maintain our venue's integrity, the use of candles, confetti, rice, or any form of candy is prohibited. Only removable tape is approved for decorations, while staples, glue, nails, tacks, or screws are not.
- Our hall is equipped with a 75" TV, complete with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to showcase presentations, photos, or videos from most devices.
