Catered BBQ Policies
- 40 person minimum
- Deposit: $300 non-refundable required to reserve event.
- Payment: Full payment due no later than 14 days prior to your event.
- Prices and menu items: Subject to change without notice.
- Credit Card Charges: 3% fee added if used for payment, excluding tax / tip.
- Buffet Service Duration: Approximately 1 hour from the specified start time. Coordinate with your guests accordingly.
- Children: No charge for kids under 3 years of age.
- Extra Time: $200 service charge for each additional hour required.
No Doggy Bags: Prices are based on meals per person; not for the food we bring, and do not include tax or tip.- Travel: Free up to 15 miles away, additional charges may apply beyond that.
- Catered Barbecues Include: Buffet tables with burgundy coverings, a small awning, stainless steel chafing dishes and fuel, heavyweight paperware and utensils, condiments, and beverage coolers if applicable, and commercial cooking & serving equipment.
- Not Provided: Lighting, tents, trash receptacles, guest tables or chairs. We do not take trash back with us.
